“Live every day like you want to remember it for the rest of your life.”

Welcome

Hi!

My name is Markie Pasternak and I live with a rare ability called Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory. I am one of around 60 people in the world identified with HSAM, and was confirmed to have the ability in 2015 through testing at the University of California Irvine.

If you want to learn about HSAM, you have come to the right place! My goal of this blog is to share my personal experience with HSAM through articles, videos, podcasts, and even some of my own writing.
